Tatiana Dovgan has all-round experience in antitrust law issues. She has also experience in analysis of business practices for risks of liability for concerted actions and coordination of economic activity and legal assessment of agreements between suppliers and customers (vertical agreements). Tatiana Dovgan advises Russian and foreign clients on various matters of corporate and civil law, including acquisition and alienation of shares in companies and transfer of assets. She specialises in the establishment of joint ventures, structuring of transactions and assistance in merger control procedures.
