Alexandru Ene-Dragan

Alexandru Ene heads the Litigation & Compliance Department at our Bucharest office. Alexandru has extensive experience in process management and strategic handling of client instructions mostly connected with civil, commercial, employment and real estate disputes as well as insolvency proceedings and white-collar crime. He also coordinates the office’s Compliance practice and has experience in implementing and developing compliance programmes, planning and structuring internal investigations as well as providing prevention programmes and training.
