Martin Geipel specialises in the energy industry. His practice focuses on the optimisation of energy costs for industrial and commercial customers, regulatory issues in connection with transactions in the energy sector and energy trading. He also advises investors and plant operators in the renewable energy and combined heat and power (CHP) sectors on network connection and network access as well as on marketing capacities and produced energies.

  • GASPOOL Balancing Services: Advising and representing the market area manager on the collection of claims from balancing excess/ shortfall quantities with exit network operators
