Viktor Gerbutov heads the Litigation, Arbitration & ADR and co-heads the IP practice groups with Noerr Moscow. He has substantial experience in advising clients on – very often controversial and complex – issues of Russian civil law (in particular, contract law, collaterals and noncontractual remedies), corporate law and civil procedure. He represents clients before Russian courts as well as arbitration tribunals.
