Isabel is a member of Noerr’s Corporate department and the firm’s Restructuring & Insolvency practice group who is based in our London office. She specialises in complex-cross border transactions, especially with German-UK aspects. Isabel regularly advises on international insolvency and restructuring cases as well as issues relating to the launch of new businesses in Germany and the coordination of multi-jurisdictional matters. Isabel has good knowledge of the German, UK and Iberian markets.
