Maciej Gorgol has over 10-year experience in real estate and M&A transactions, with a particular emphasis on the RES sector (PV and wind). His focus also extends to day-to-day corporate legal advice and contract law. Maciej has substantial experience in advising IPP developers in their M&A activities on the Polish RES market, FDI investments of foreign investors, and asset pro-tection of HNWI Clients. Formerly a Board Member of a Polish charity, Maciej is also well versed with foundation law and regu-latory aspects for charities.
