As a Solicitor of England and Wales Lucy Holden has extensive experience in advising and representing clients in respect of international commercial disputes before the civil courts of England and Wales. She is able to advise international clients about all aspects of litigation conducted in England, with particular in-depth knowledge of disclosure obligations (including collection of data, review and privilege), witness evidence and trial procedure.
She is particularly interested in advising and assisting clients with managing and controlling the costs associated with English civil litigation.
She also advises and represents clients based in England and Wales in relation litigation conducted before the German civil courts and in respect of international arbitration proceedings.
