Georgios Malos is a lawyer at Noerr LLP in Brussels and member of Antitrust & Competition and Automotive Practice Groups. Georgios advises international and German companies on all issues of EU and national competition law as well as vertical agreements. He specialises in advising on antitrust, abuse, merger control and State aid proceedings before the European Commission and/or national competition authorities. Georgios has also extensive experience in advising companies on the antitrust assessment of different distribution models (e.g. exclusive and selective distribution, commercial agency etc.).

Prior to joining Noerr LLP, he worked as a lawyer for another international law firm in Brussels. In addition to his professional experience in the private sector, Georgios has also been employed as a legal consultant by the national competition authority in Cyprus. Furthermore, he has also worked as a trainee at the Directorate-General for Competition (DG COMP) of the European Commission.

Georgios is author of numerous articles in international and Greek law journals and has published a book on post-termination indemnity of a commercial agent.
