Esther Schulz has been a member of the IT, Outsourcing & Data Privacy Practice Group and the Distribution & Franchise Systems, E-Commerce Practice Group at Noerr since 2013. She specialises in e-commerce, data protection, IT security and IT contract law. Apart from data protection law topics, her practice focuses on the field of e-commerce. She also has wide-ranging expertise in advising on international webshop and online platforms. In this context, she not only drafts general terms and conditions, data privacy statements and declarations of consent, but also advises on all individual aspects in the fields of website/front-end as well as marketing, advertising and data privacy. She provides advice on these matters on an international basis, also planning and coordinating international rollouts with members of our global network of “best friends” law firms on multijurisdictional legal questions.
