Alexander Titov is Head of the Employment & Pensions practice and Associated Partner in the Corporate practice of Noerr Moscow. He is an expert in Russian labour and immigration law, compliance issues and corporate law – among other things in comprehensive M&A deals, company purchases and the establishment of joint ventures. Alexander Titov has years of experience in advising domestic and international companies on investments in Russia.

  • Advanced Micro Devices (AMD): Advice on Russian employment law issues with regard to the operational activities of the client’s Moscow representative office, including drafting employment agreements and internal guidelines, representing the client in negotiations with employees, and day-to-day legal support and consultancy.
  • Russia’s largest oil & gas corporation: Structuring of internal operations (including HR issues) with regard to client’s international activities. The advice included drafting of internal employment regulations for Russia and ten other countries (in cooperation with other local law firms in these countries).
  • Mango, a Spanish-based global clothing design and manufacturing company: Advice on Russian employment law issues with regard to the company’s entry into the Russian market, including drafting a standard employment agreement with Russian employees and providing legal support in disputes with Russian employees.
