Janina Wortmann (née Voogd) advises national and international companies on all aspects of trade mark and design law. Other areas of her work include unfair competition law and selective distribution systems. She specialises in litigation including preliminary injunction proceedings and has a focus on advising companies in the consumer goods and food industry. Janina Wortmann regularly publishes articles on legal issues in the fashion and cosmetics industry and is a lecturer at AMD Akademie Mode & Design in Munich where she teaches trade mark and design law. She is also a co-opted member of the board of directors of the DTB e.V., a fashion and textile network.
