Réka Zambó

Reka Zambo’s main practice area is employment law. Reka has extensive experience in reviewing employment contracts and dealing with collective labor issues. As she joined to our office from the legal department of the largest automotive company in Hungary, she has also a deep knowledge of the typical labor issues faced by companies. Another key focus is commercial law, where Reka advises several large companies on a daily basis on a variety of legal issues related to procurement, claims for warranty or compensation, or regulatory proceedings. Apart from this, Reka puts her broad knowledge of corporate law to use when advising on company establishment, M&A and various forms of corporate restructuring.
