Lucas Gasser

Lucas advises clients on all aspects of German and European antitrust and competition law. This includes merger control proceedings, cartel and abuse of dominant position proceedings before the German Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission as well as before German and European courts. Another focus of his practice is EU State aid law. Lucas assists clients (both private undertakings as well as public authorities) facing EU State aid issues in a wide range of transactions. Lucas also has experience in EU State aid notification proceedings before the European Commission and in State aid disputes before European courts. Further, Lucas supports clients on antitrust and State aid law related compliance issues and internal investigations.
