Lucas advises German and international clients on all aspects of German and European antitrust and competition law. This includes merger control proceedings, cartel and abuse of market power proceedings before the German Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission as well as before German and European courts. Another focus of his work covers European state aid law. In that concern Lucas supports clients in notification proceedings with the European Commission as well as before European courts. Further, Lucas also supports clients regarding antitrust and state aid law related compliance issues and internal investigations.
