Michal Janíček is a senior associate specialising in M&A transactions, VC investments, corporate and commercial matters.
Michal also focuses on real estate law, particularly real estate transactions, development and commercial leases.
Michal has extensive experience in cross-border transactions across a wide range of sectors.
In addition to advising on transactions, Michal also regularly advises Czech and international clients on day-to-day matters relating to various aspects of their businesses in the Czech Republic.
