As an IP expert, Jessica Loew advises national and international clients in particular on trademark, design, copyright and unfair competition law as well as on product piracy / anti-counterfeiting strategies, advertising law, licensing and merchandising, brand portfolio strategies and management and press and personality rights law. Particular areas of focus are complex IP disputes, especially preliminary injunction proceedings, as well as IP advice for digital business operations.
