Frank Schuck is German-qualified lawyer in Munich and an expert in inheritance and foundation law. He advises family businesses, entrepreneurial families and private individuals, particularly in the structuring of asset and business successions. He develops solutions for complex asset and family relationships, in particular estate planning with wills and inheritance contracts, including the execution of wills, enforcement or defence of corresponding positions, even after the succession. He advises founders and foundation bodies, from the conception and establishment of charitable as well as family foundations, ongoing advice on changes to the statutes and structure as well as disputes, through to liquidation. He regularly lectures and publishes on relevant topics.
