Cathrin Wentzel is a member of Noerr’s Automotive & New Mobility and Digital Business practice groups. She primarily advises in distribution law, including distribution antitrust law, as well as at the interface to adjacent legal areas, in particular e-commerce. Cathrin provides guidance to both national and international companies, including many clients from the automotive industry, among other things on the establishment and restructuring of distribution systems (omni-channeling strategies, online sales, digital transformation, etc.), on the design and termination of distribution contracts and programs. Furthermore, she supports in the extrajudicial and judicial enforcement or defense of claims (e.g. compensation, repurchase and commission claims).
