Cathrin Wentzel, LLM (University of Sussex)

Cathrin Wentzel is a member of Noerr’s Digital Business practice group. Her practice focuses on distribution law, in particular antitrust aspects of distribution, with a special emphasis on digital distribution and the sale of digital products. She advises domestic and international companies, particularly in the automotive sector, on the design, implementation and optimisation of their distribution systems, as well as on antitrust matters. Another key area of her practice is advising on legal claims to access data, in particular with regard to access to in-vehicle data, as well as maintenance and repair information (RMI), and on the requirements of the Data Act.
