Class actions remain high on the agenda for legislators, regulators and corporations worldwide. Driven in part by the EU Representative Actions Directive, developments are accelerating and reshaping the European legal landscape.

Fifteen leading law firms have teamed up to analyse the latest trends across sixteen key jurisdictions. We are delighted to invite you to our Class Action Survey Seminar on 14 May 2027 at our Berlin office, where we will present the new findings and discuss what lies ahead.

Our research combines in-depth interviews with practitioners and policymakers, offering insights into current realities and emerging challenges in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK, the United States, Canada and Israel. The results provide a forward-looking view of class-action dynamics in Europe and beyond.
