08.07.2014

Prof Alexander Goepfert was re-elected as vice-president of the Institute of the German Real Estate Industry (iddiw) for a further two years at the Institute’s general meeting. As one of the six members of its executive board, Alexander Goepfert will continue to pilot the work of the Institute. A new treasurer has been appointed: Carsten Rutz, CEO of Deutsche Reihenhaus AG, will take over the office from his predecessor, Paul Jörg Feldhoff. Prof Nico B Rottke of EBS Universität has been confirmed as president for a further term.

The iddiw’s declared objective is to strengthen the interdisciplinary dialogue between industry, science, politics and society. In order to achieve this objective, the iddiw carries out projects, studies and events on fundamental questions, current problem areas and future issues affecting the entire real estate industry. For example, financial aid policy is one of the topics to be examined more closely in the future.
