Hanne Kara new notary at Noerr’s Berlin office

Hanne Kara, lawyer at the Berlin office of the law firm Noerr, has been appointed as a notary by the Higher Regional Court of Berlin (Kammergericht Berlin). The firm thus now has a three notaries in Berlin and five throughout the firm overall.

As a lawyer, Hanne Kara specializes in national and international real estate transactions. Her expertise is often required in the development of special real estate for the logistics sector and for nursing homes. She is a member of the interdisciplinary Noerr Real Estate Investment Group, a market-leading team of advisors on transaction-based real estate law.

As the third notary, Hanne Kara strengthens the existing notarial team consisting of the partners, Dr Astrid Frense and Dr Dirk Lentfer. At the Frankfurt office, there is a second notarial team comprising the partners and lawyers, Dr Alexander Jänecke and Dr Thorsten Reinhard.
