Noerr advises Gegenbauer on lease negotiations for new company headquarters

Noerr has advised Gegenbauer Holding SE & Co. KG on negotiating a lease for its new headquarters. Gegenbauer will rent around 10,630m² of office space in the innovative BRAIN BOX BERLIN office complex in Berlin’s Adlershof district.

In addition to Gegenbauer Holding, numerous subsidiaries such as RGM Facility Management, Gegenbauer Property Services and Gegenbauer Security Services will also move into the new headquarters. Until now, the companies have been spread across various locations in and around Berlin. Moving into the new headquarters, the Gegenbauer Group intends to grow even closer together and further expand its operating business.

The Gegenbauer Group is one of the leading German providers in the facility services sector. With more than 18,000 employees, Gegenbauer achieved sales of €788m in 2020.
