Noerr advises Plenium Partners on purchase of five solar parks in Spain

Noerr has together with the Spanish partner law firm Uría Menéndez advised the Spanish investor Plenium Partners on the acquisition of five solar parks in Spain. The solar parks are located in the province of Castilla la Mancha and have an aggregate output of 41 megawatts. The seller is the investment management company KGAL GmbH & Co. KG from Grünwald near Munich, Germany.

A Noerr team led by Tibor Fedke acted for Plenium Partners. The Berlin-based partner regularly advises on complex cross-border M&A transactions in regulated industries, in particular in the energy sector.
