Noerr advises Real I.S. on acquiring office real estate for Themenfonds Deutschland II

Noerr has advised Real I.S. AG on acquiring two office properties in top locations in Berlin for Real I.S. Themenfonds Deutschland II, with a team led by Annette Pospich and Manuel Lomb. PATRIZIA AG is the seller of the office property portfolio.

Both properties have over 18,000 square metres of space in total, including 16,000 square metres of office space, and are situated in the districts of Friedrichshain and Berlin-Mitte. The office building in Warschauer Strasse in Friedrichshain consists of a historic property which was meticulously restored and expanded in 2019/2020. The second property is located in Chausseestrasse and consists of an office building which was fully renovated in 2019 plus a residential building with 25 flats and a commercial unit. Both office properties are fully leased with long remaining lease terms.
