Noerr advises Valovis Bank on management buyout of Universum Group

The law firm Noerr has advised Valovis Bank on the sale of its share in Universum Inkasso GmbH to the management. The other seller is Merkur Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH. The Noerr team was led by the Frankfurt partner and company law expert Dr. Thorsten Reinhard.

Universum Inkasso GmbH, together with its subsidiaries, is among the leading service providers in the field of risk and receivables management in Germany. Following the management buyout it will operate in the market independently from its existing Frankfurt location. The parties agreed not to disclose any details of the transaction.
