Noerr advises Vistra on takeover of optegra Group

Noerr has advised Vistra, one of the world’s leading corporate service providers of international incorporations, trust, fiduciary, private office, and fund administration services, on the acquisition of optegra, a German based specialist in auditing, tax consultancy and management consultancy services.

With offices in Cologne, Hamburg and Munich, optegra specialises in providing consulting services to various industries, including automotive, IT and telecommunications, healthcare, private equity, real estate and renewable energies. 120 professionals are active in multi-disciplinary teams.

The Noerr team which was led by Düsseldorf partners Dr Falk Osterloh and Gregor Barbers comprehensively advised Vistra on all aspects of the transaction. Especially the regulatory requirements for auditing and tax consulting companies contributed to the complexity of this case. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
