Noerr named “International Firm of the Year 2014” at the Legal Business Awards

The law firm, Noerr, has been named “International Firm of the Year 2014” at the British “Legal Business Awards”. The award was accepted by Dr Hans Radau, head of the firm’s London office at the awards ceremony in London. The Legal Business Awards with its 22 categories honours the best firms from both within and outside the United Kingdom.

“With revenues up 50% since 2007, this firm has become one of the strongest-performing independent law firms in Europe as well as one of the fastest-growing players in its own market. Successfully straddling the high-end corporate and banking markets of Frankfurt and Munich as well as amply serving Germany's lifeblood, the Mittelstand. Noerr demonstrates the advantages of a firm being comfortable with its own identity”, the jury stated as the reasons for their decision.

The Legal Business Awards are given by the British publishing house, Legalease, whose publications include the sector journal “Legal Business” and the most influential lawyers’ directory, “The Legal 500”. At international level, it was only in 2012 that Noerr was named “European Law Firm of the Year 2012” by the British sector journal “the Lawyer” and as “Client Service Law Firm of the Year 2012” by Chambers & Partners.
