Noerr advises Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy on an agreement for rapid Covid-19 test

With a team led by its partners Ralph Nack (Munich) and Olav Wagner (Berlin), Noerr has advised the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy on the drafting and negotiation of a research and development agreement with GNA Biosolutions.
The agreement concerns the development of PRC standard rapid Covid-19 tests and corresponding portable devices. The result is available just 40 minutes after the throat swab has been taken.
The Federal Institute for Medicines and Medical Devices has granted the rapid test special approval.
