Wirtschaftswoche: Michael Schuhmacher and Michael Brellochs top lawyers in capital markets als well as banking and finance

The business magazine Wirtschaftswoche has named two Noerr partners as top lawyers in its current issue.

According to Wirtschaftswoche, our Munich-based partner Michael Brellochs is one of the most renowned capital markets lawyers and our Frankfurt-based associated partner Michael Schuhmacher is one of the most renowned banking and finance lawyers.

Michael Brellochs advises on stock corporation and capital markets law and oversees transactions and takeovers for listed companies, investors and financial institutions. 

Michael Schuhmacher advises credits institutions, loan funds, investors and companies primarily on acquisition and corporate financing as well as venture capital financing and development loans.

The award is based on survey carried out by the Handelsblatt Research Institute (HRI). In a first step, more than 1600 lawyers from 120 law firms were asked about their most renowned colleagues in the fields of banking and finance as well as capital markets. In a second step, a jury of four experts from companies, trade associations and trade media selected the top lawyers.
