Noerr advises AEW on sale of retail property

A Noerr team led by Manuel Lomb has advised investment and asset manager AEW on the sale of a retail building in Krefeld.

The purchaser of the property, which is located in Krefeld city centre and has a total of 7,800 square metres of rental space, is the Swiss-based Immotime Group. The anchor tenant is textile retailer SiNN. The seller AEW is one of the world’s leading real estate asset managers. Its real estate assets under management amount to €84.9 billion (as at 31 December 2022). Another team led by Manuel Lomb recently advised AEW on its acquisition of a property in Berlin.
