DIC Asset acquires office property in Düsseldorf with Noerr’s assistance

Noerr has once again advised DIC Asset AG on the acquisition of a significant office property. The investor has acquired the LaVie office building in Düsseldorf as part of an asset deal. The property has over 12,100 m² of office space and is well connected to the airport due to its location in the north of Düsseldorf. The seller is Silver Cloud Invest GmbH & Co. KG.

DIC Asset AG regularly relies on advice from Noerr and the Frankfurt real estate partner and expert Alexander Jänecke. A team headed by Alexander Jänecke recently assisted the company, which is listed on the SDAX, with the acquisition of an office complex in the centre of Bremen.
