Generali sells majority interest in Generali Lebensversicherung in Germany – Noerr advises insurer on group reorganisation

The Generali Group has announced that it will sell an 89.9% share in life insurance company Generali Lebensversicherung in Germany. The purchaser is the Viridium Group, a leading specialist in managing life insurance policy portfolios in Germany. Noerr advised Generali on the sale in the context of its group reorganisation.
