Noerr has advised Munich-based bebob on the investment of Triginta Capital, an investment and management company headquartered in Düsseldorf. bebob is one of the most renowned manufacturers in the field of battery systems for the film and television industry worldwide.

The batteries and chargers developed by bebob are used in film and television studios around the globe. They are partly manufactured in bebob’s own production facility and partly by selected suppliers in the Munich area. The company has experienced strong growth in the past few years. The investment of Trigenta Capital, which specialises in small and mid-cap transactions, is intended to fully exploit bebob’s growth potential in Europe and the USA. Even after the investor’s entry, the company’s management will remain in the hands of Christoph Aust.
