Noerr has advised the Gold Tree Group on a transaction in the Stuttgart real property market. The Swiss investor acquired an office and production property by way of an asset deal for a purchase price in the mid double-digit millions.

The property, which is leased to Robert Bosch on a long-term basis, consists of close to 28,000 square metres and 386 parking spaces. McCafferty Asset Management, which has been entrusted with the facility management of the new building, also provided Gold Tree with commercial advice during the transaction.

With teams led by Annette Pospich Noerr has already advised Gold Tree this year on the purchase of Esprit Europe’s headquarters in Ratingen, a Telekom property in Leipzig, and a retail portfolio. Gold Tree has been relying on Annette’s advice for investments in Germany for years. In the field of real estate Noerr’s Real Estate Investment Group (REIG) offers a unique range of advisory services.
