Florian Becker is a specialist in complex transactions and reorganisations. He has advised on more than 110 successfully closed transactions in the last 20 years and takes a leading role in advising national and international clients on cross-border M&A projects. He has a strong focus on the areas of technology (incl. defence), financial services and restructuring. Florian also frequently advises in growth capital and distressed M&A transactions.
