Stefan Blum

Dr. Stefan Blum specializes in advising and representing banks, commercial enterprises, and insolvency administrators in connection with mostly complex legal disputes in all areas of banking, commercial, and insolvency law. A particular focus of his practice is the defense against high-volume claims for damages brought against banks in connection with financial derivatives and failed investments (for example, in fund structures). In addition, Mr. Blum has many years of experience in handling disputes related to insolvency challenges and other insolvency law matters.
