Markus Braun advises national and international clients in all phases of private equity, M&A and venture capital transactions. This includes, in particular, advising financial investors on all aspects of German and cross-border deals, including auctions, exclusive transactions, joint ventures, carve-outs, reinvestments as well as minority and management participations. He also advises on all aspects of corporate law on a regular basis.
