Uwe Brendler is an expert in complex corporate transactions. With his many years of experience, he primarily advises companies, private equity and venture capital funds as well as financial investors in connection with M&A and private equity transactions, in particular strategic M&A acquisitions, cross-border transactions and exits. In addition, he focuses on providing ongoing advice to companies on all aspects of corporate law, including stock corporation law.
