Scott Seongkoog Choi is a counsel based in Noerr’s Bucharest office and a member of our Tax practice group. Scott coordinates the activity of Korean business development in CEE as a financial advisor. He has a solid industrial background in the automotive, media and insurance fields, implementing a number of large-scale projects ranging from greenfield investments to business process modelling, process re-engineering and management innovation. Scott also specialises in corporate strategy, financial planning and project management.
