- Advising and representing a trading company in a cross-border D&O liability dispute on account of prohibited derivatives transactions in Gibraltar (2015-2017)
- Advising and representing the client in company, distribution, and antitrust law-related litigation in the automotive sector; value of claim €3.5 billion (2016)
