Daniel Dommermuth advises in all areas of individual and collective employment law. Daniel has special expertise in the restructuring and reorganisation of companies, in particular in accompanying negotiations with works councils, employee representatives and unions on reconciliations of interests, social plans and (restructuring) collective bargaining agreements.
