Christoph Emde, LLM (University of Chicago)

Christoph Emde is a Senior Associate in Noerr's litigation practice and a member of our Class Action & Mass Claims Defense practice group. He focuses on representing international corporations in complex litigation with a focus on corporate litigation, environmental litigation and cartel damages proceedings. His cases frequently involve cross-border elements and often take the form of class actions through the bundling of claims. Christoph Emde also defends companies in corporate appraisal proceedings (Spruchverfahren). He further advises and represents international companies – including financial institutions and industrial and energy-sector clients – in commercial disputes before German courts and in cross-border proceedings. Christoph regularly publishes on cartel damages disputes and other current litigation developments in legal journals.
