Patrick Ernst is an attorney in our Munich office and a member of the practice groups Restructuring & Insolvency and Corporate/M&A. His practice focuses on advising banks, companies and financial investors on financial restructurings and refinancings. He also advises in connection with (distressed) M&A transactions and on general issues of corporate and insolvency law.
