Katharina Fenzl

Katharina Fenzl advises and represents national and international clients in mass claims and complex individual disputes before state courts. Katharina advises on all stages of national and international insolvency proceedings and conducts insolvency litigation before national courts on behalf of insolvency administrators, business enterprises and credit institutions. She also is specialises in antitrust damages litigation. Apart from this, Katharina has expertise in attachment orders and interim injunctions and supports her clients in out-of-court dispute resolution.
