Ernesto Garzón Villada

Ernesto Garzón Villada joined Noerr’s Munich patent team as an associate in 2024. He handles a broad range of complex patent disputes before national courts and, in particular, before the Unified Patent Court. His practice focuses on cybersecurity technologies, and he has recently been active in the field of pharmaceutical patents, advising a generic company on patent law issues relating to market entry. In addition, he manages proceedings in various other technology sectors and has knowledge and experience in related areas of law, especially competition law, IP licensing and license disputes.
