Michèle Gauttier

Michèle Gauttier advises companies on regulatory and energy law issues. She specialises in advising on issues relating to energy antitrust law, in particular the judicial and extrajudicial support of concession award procedures and advice on issues relating to concession fee law. She also advises on transactions in the field of renewable energies and has several years of experience in the drafting and negotiation of contracts relating to energy law. Michèle Gauttier also advises on issues relating to grid access, grid utilisation and grid expansion as well as grid takeovers and transfers.
