Tillmann Hecht is partner emeritus in our Employment practice group in our Frankfurt Office. He advised national and international corporate clients on complex matters of employment law, in particular in the context of transactions, including transfers of undertaking (TUPE), reorganisations and restructuring, harmonisation of rules and standards agreed with employee representatitves and trade unions, as well as selected court procedures.
