Dieter Hettenbach

Dieter Hettenbach is an associated partner based in Noerr’s Frankfurt office and a member of our Class & Mass Action Defense practice group. He represents companies in complex litigation before state courts. The spectrum of his activities includes representation in capital investor model proceedings under the KapMuG and model declaratory actions. He has an industry focus in the area of banking law, where he comprehensively advises and represents well-known credit institutions ans asset managers in the area of banking and capital investment law. Over the years he has defended multiple clients against mass proceedings, whether by providing strategic advice or managing and coordinating implementation by the team
