Dr. Raphael Hillus is a Senior Associate in our Düsseldorf office and a member of the Employment & Pensions practice group. He provides comprehensive advice to national and international clients on all matters relating to individual and collective labor law, as well as service contract law. A particular focus of his practice is the strategic reorganization and restructuring of companies. In addition, Dr. Hillus regularly advises on labor law aspects of digital transformation, particularly in connection with the introduction of artificial intelligence. He also publishes regularly on current labor law topics.
