Linh Hoang

Linh Hoang is a lawyer in our Frankfurt office. She advises banks, investors, and companies on complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions, particularly in the areas of corporate, acquisition, and working capital financing. Another focus of her practice is the restructuring of group financing and support in restructuring scenarios. She has extensive experience in negotiating and documenting financing and collateral packages for international clients.
