Felix Ilg

Felix Ilg is a German Public Auditor and Tax Advisor based in our Munich office. He is a member of Noerr’s Tax, Advisory and ESG practice groups. His core practice focuses on the audit of separate and consolidated financial statements in accordance with German GAAP and IFRS. He also advises clients on complex international accounting matters – particularly at the intersection with sustainability reporting under the CSRD. Another focus of his work lies in advising on corporate transactions, especially in the context of financial due diligence. In addition to ongoing business and tax advisory services, Felix has extensive experience in conducting special audits and providing other assurance-related services. He is also a certified sustainability reporting expert (CiSR®).
